Whether you’re looking for a long-term commitment, a one-year internship, or a summer experience, there are countless opportunities to use your gifts and talents to serve.

Long-term
OVER 1 YEAR
Long-term missions are the heartbeat of Pioneers. By making a long-term commitment, you’ll introduce Christ to people who may have never heard of Jesus before. Through discipleship and a commitment to seeing new groups of Christ-followers grow, you’ll have the chance to transform communities.
There are countless opportunities globally for individuals with diverse skills, passions, and backgrounds. Whether you’re a teacher, a businessperson, or a healthcare worker, God can use your gifts in unexpected ways to spread His message.

Venture
Up to 1 Year
If you're not ready for a lifetime commitment but want to explore long-term missions, Venture offers a 3–12 month immersive experience. During this time, you’ll serve alongside a long-term team, getting a firsthand look at the daily life of a missionary.
Your skills and passions will be matched with the needs of the team, giving you the opportunity to make an impact while learning what it takes to serve in missions.

Edge
Summer (8-12 Weeks)
Edge is a summer mission experience for young adults, where you’ll serve alongside a small team of field workers. You’ll have the chance to experience a new culture, start learning a new language, and grow in your understanding of God’s call on your life.
It’s an adventure designed to stretch you spiritually and emotionally while making a tangible impact in the lives of others.

OUR PROCESS
Each journey is unique, but the steps to joining Pioneers follow a familiar pattern:

APPLICATION
Share your story and qualifications with us through our application form, letting us know why you're interested in being part of our mission.
STEP 2
DISCERNMENT PROCESS
We'll engage in thoughtful conversations to explore how your skills and passions align with Pioneers
STEP 3
ORIENTATION & TRAINING
Expect to come away with a personalized pre-field training plan, with tasks and steps to help you go to the field well prepared.
STEP 4
FUNDRAISING
You’ll need an active team of supporters who will pray fervently and give financially to help you thrive on the field. Our coaches will help along the way!
STEP 5
GO!
This step is simple: GO! Buy your plane tickets, pack your bags and say your goodbyes.
